Favorite VistaPrint Products for My Small Business

If I listed all of my favorite VistaPrint products, this would quickly turn into a book rather than a blog. VistaPrint specializes in making custom materials for businesses and personal life. I use VistaPrint for a wide variety of things from products, promotional materials, product packaging & shipping, pop up market signage & supplies, wedding preparation, and more!

VistaPrint Essentials for my Small Business I recommend

As a professional overthinker, I spent way too much time this week trying to narrow down which VistaPrint creations my small business depends on most.

So, here are my top 5 VistaPrint essentials! (actually 6 and in no particular ranking order... it was just really hard to decide!)

Water-Activated Packaging Tape

Game. Changer. Not only did this level up the look of my packaging by putting my own brand design on it, but it also is efficient. It comes in a big roll that isn't sticky until water activates the adhesive. A damp sponge can do the trick, but also there's practical tape dispensers for this type of tape that exist too! I linked the exact one that I've been using these past few years that stores water under the sponge roll, so there's no spills, but it's always ready for use. This gummed tape is thick and has a secure adhesive, so we can send our boxes knowing that they'll arrive both cute & safe.

Postcards for Thank You Cards

Every order is packed with love anddd a thank you card! I love using a postcard because on one side I can include a meaningful message, and on the other side, I can make it into a graphic art print that they can display! It's a little added bonus that goes a long way in the experience of opening up your happy mail.

    Business Cards

Business cards are essential no matter what kind of business you have! They're especially important for craft markets or pop ups where many people may be seeing your business for the first time. My sister, Grace, always makes sure I carry a stack of business cards in my pocket during market events! She’s a real one.

VistaPrint has done a lovely job of creating my custom business cards that are true to color with a quality finish.

I’m actually working on creating NEW business cards that are more premium, but for now, here are some business card pics through the years (and yes, all from Vista Print)…

    Roll Labels

Having a roll of labels with my brand logo on it is perfect for those busy packing days when I need to move fast and keep things looking cute. I love my Cricut, don't get me wrong, but having a ready-to-go roll of labels saves me a lot of time and stress because the quality is on point. (plus, then my Cricut is free for other projects!)

    Die Cut Labels

Every detail counts when it comes to branding— and die cut labels are custom-cut to fit your unique design, making your packaging instantly stand out. I use them to add personality to my packaging, jazz up orders, and just make everything look extra cute.

    Shopping Paper Bags

Story time! At markets, people have come to my booth several times telling me that they saw someone else with my shop's bag and asked them where to find the vendor with that bag. As happy as I was that we found each other, I also saw this as proof that elevating the ways that I market my brand, even as subtle as custom bags, matters and works!

    More than Just a Business

VistaPrint is small business friendly, and I truly have enjoyed working with them for years. Last fall, I had the pleasure of being invited to their Small Business Social Club held in Brooklyn, New York, where they connected me with other small business owners and inspired me to do something big (... coming soon!).

Any time that I have communicated with them, the people behind the screens are professional, courteous and supportive which has scored so many brownie points in my book too —

Customer service is amazing, the Vista Team just gets it, and the other ambassadors are so incredibly relatable and an honor to be in the same program with them!

Cheers to cute packaging and uplifting small businesses,

    Christine
